Secret Sauce of Comedy

Secret Sauce of Comedy

Impressions are everywhere.
Kids do them.
Adults do them.
Celebrities do them.
Comedians build entire careers out of them.

It’s human nature to do impressions. We all do them; voices, animals, accents, characters. It's also human nature to laugh when someone commits to an impression - epic or shite -  because both are hilarious.

That’s why we created RAH RACE around impressions.

Now, why do we humans actually find impressions so hilarious?

[here's some science-waffle]

Because:

1.  They break expectations.

Your brain loves surprises.
When someone tries to be a dolphin and ends up sounding like a squeaky shopping trolley… your brain fires off an instant “WTF” + laughter combo.
It’s the perfect violation of what you expected / didn’t expect.

2. Recognition.

We’re pattern-spotting machines.
So when someone exaggerates a voice, walk, accent or animal noise, your brain instantly goes:
“YES - that’s exactly it.”
Recognition + exaggeration = automatic comedy.
And when they fail? Even funnier.

3. Your brain literally joins in.

Mirror Neurons copy what you see.
So when someone commits to being a T-Rex, gorilla, cowboy or a goat touching an electric fence…
your brain partially does it too.

Shared stupidity = shared laughter.

Enough waffle.

Impressions are comedy gold and No game had bottled it... so we did.

That’s RAH RACE’s Secret Sauce.
