Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your RAH RACE deck as much as we do!! So if something isn’t right - we’ll always try to fix as quickly as we can for you.

RAH RACE is a physical card game so refunds or replacements are available under certain conditions listed below:

Damaged or Unplayable Cards

If your deck arrives damaged or in a condition that makes it unplayable, we will replace it or issue a refund.

Examples include:

• Major printing defects
• Severe water or shipping damage
• Missing large sections of cards
• Manufacturing faults that affect gameplay

Minor cosmetic imperfections, packaging scuffs, or slight box wear that do not affect gameplay are not considered defective.

What To Do

Please email us at Support@rahrace.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage

Once we have confirmed we'll arrange either a replacement or refund ASAP. 

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit - don’t worry we are here to help.

If tracking shows no movement or delivery after a reasonable shipping timeframe, contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier and fulfilment partner to locate your order.

If your order is confirmed lost, we will either:

• Send a replacement deck
• Issue a full refund

Shipping timeframes may vary depending on destination and carrier delays.

Incorrect Items Sent

If you received the wrong product - that’s on us.

Email us and we’ll arrange a replacement for you ASAP Rocky

Refund Processing Times

Once a refund is approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was sent
• The order was confirmed lost in transit

Refused Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect shipping address
• Failure to collect from the courier
• Refused delivery

We may refund the product cost minus original shipping and return costs.
