By downloading, accessing, or using RAH RACE, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms explain:

0. Definitions

“Platform” means the RAH RACE mobile apps, websites, online services, digital content, and related features.
“Services” means gameplay modes, challenges, feeds, rewards, and tools.
“User Content” means any videos, audio, images, text, usernames, or gameplay you create.
“Public Content” means User Content you choose to make visible to others.
“Virtual Items” means in-app credits, coins, boosts, or non-monetary rewards.
 “Devices” means phones, tablets, or hardware used to access the Platform.

1. Who You’re Contracting With

Your agreement is with RAH RACE Limited (Ireland).
“RAH RACE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this company.

Users under 18 must have parental consent to use the Platform or make purchases.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

• the RAH RACE mobile apps

3. Account and Access

3.2 Account Setup

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your account.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly through the in-app Profile section. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible, and all personal data will be permanently removed from active systems in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

3.3 Parental Responsibility

Parents must supervise children using the app.

The app includes:

4.1 Changes to Features

We may modify features for technical, safety, or legal reasons.

4.2 Accessibility

We aim to make the Platform accessible to all users.

5. Community Guidelines & Safety

You must follow our Community Guidelines.
Prohibited content includes:

• illegal, violent, hateful, or pornographic content
  
• harassment or bullying
  
• unsafe activities
  
• deepfakes or impersonation
  
• unauthorised copyrighted content
  
• filming others without consent
  
• inappropriate inclusion of minors
  

5.1 Reporting & Blocking

You may report or block users.

5.2 Moderation

We may remove content or restrict accounts.

5.3 Appeals

Appeals can be submitted via the app or email.

5.4 Consent to Film

Do not upload videos featuring individuals without consent.

5.5 Physical Safety

Play safely. We are not responsible for injuries.

6. Your Content & Rights

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all User Content.

6.2 Licence to RAH RACE

By posting Public Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to:

• display and distribute it
  
• use it in promotional materials
  
• use Arcade clips in future modes
  
• feature it inside/outside the Platform
  

This licence applies only to Public Content and ends when deleted (except where retention is required by law).

6.3 Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

Requests must include:

• identification of the copyrighted work
  
• link to infringing content
  
• your contact details
  
• a sworn statement
  

Repeat infringers may be suspended.

7. Payments & In-App Purchases

• All purchases are processed by Apple or Google.
  
• Prices vary by region.
  
• Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
  
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  
• 7.1 Virtual Items

Virtual Items have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, and may change or expire.

7.2 Purchase Disputes

Handled through Apple or Google Play.

7.3 EU/UK Withdrawal Rights

Using digital content ends the statutory withdrawal right.

8. Restrictions & Acceptable Use

You may not:

• engage in illegal or harmful activities
  
• bypass age restrictions
  
• upload copyrighted material you do not own
  
• hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform
  
• use automation or bots
  
• harvest data from users
  

9. Intellectual Property

All prompts, artwork, branding, sound effects, software, and designs belong to RAH RACE Limited.

10. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

We process data under GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

We collect:

• device information
  
• gameplay data
  
• optional facial/audio analysis
  
• Public Content
  

10.1 AI Features

RAH RACE does not currently use any artificial-intelligence or automated-decision systems.

In future versions, RAH RACE may introduce limited automated systems to analyse gameplay videos or detect harmful content.

These systems will only operate with clear notice to users and, where required by law, explicit consent.

If such features are added, users will have the right to request human review of any significant automated decision.

10.2 Data Retention

10.3 Data Rights

Users may request access, correction, or deletion.

10.4 Children’s Data

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We do not provide legal, medical, or professional advice.

13.2 Warranty Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties.

13.3 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify RAH RACE for losses arising from:

16. Governing Law & Disputes

Irish law governs these Terms.
Disputes may be brought to your local court or the courts of Dublin.

If permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through arbitration.

17. Severability & Survival

If part of these Terms is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
 Sections on IP, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.
